When we pray for this great and prospering nation, there are things that we see and desire to be accomplished. The seven below, based on the early church, are a summary of them:
- Heartfelt repentance of people of all walks of life, races and tribes resulting in the Holy Spirit being given room to manifest Himself - Acts 2:1-4 and 36-38
- True transformation of communities, cities, states and the whole country - Acts 2:42-47
- Australia ablaze of God at all costs, departing from the traditions of man and religion; an evidence of the grace of God. Acts 11: 19-23
- Dynamic ministry in schools, colleges, universities, homes, workplaces, train stations, etc Acts 8:4-8
- Jesus working miracles, healings, signs and wonders using ordinary Christians in the communities - Acts 10:38
- An atmosphere of godly fear and presence in every part of Australia - Acts 5:1-10
- Restoration of the five fold ministry in the body of Christ Ephesians 4:7-16
Vision and Mission
Our vision as Harvest House International is
to see Isaiah 61 vs. 1-3 become a reality in our
community, city, nation and the nations of the
world. That the lost, lonely, wounded, rejected,
sick and dying be restored to God their creator
through His Son Jesus Christ by the preaching
of the Word of God in Spirit and Truth.
We desire the holistic healing (spirit, soul and
body) and restoration of man back to God. As man
is restored back to God; that we will witness
communities, cities and nations being transformed
by the reviving power of the Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 61 vs. 1-3
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because
the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings
to the meek. He hath sent me to bind up the broken
hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to them that are
bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and
the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all
that mourn.
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to
give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy
for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit
of heaviness; that they might be called trees
of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that
He might be glorified.
